Ginger cordial

We make our gorgeous Ginger Cordial by gently cooking freshly chopped root ginger, then hand squeezing every drop of fiery scrumptiousness through muslin. We add a touch of sugar and a squeeze of lemon to create our warm, spicy and satisfying cordial. Dilute to taste using still or sparkling water, or use hat water for a warming treat. Also great as a mixer or as an alternative to alcoholic drinks. (330ml)

Strawberry and Crushed Black Pepper Cordial
